All orders of pre-made objects will ship within 3 days. All made-to-order objects will ship within three weeks.

Objects are carefully packed to avoid breakage during shipment in our Asheville, NC studio.

If for any reason you would like to return your item we are happy to do so if you notify us within 7 days. Items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for shipping charges.

If your item arrives damaged we will replace it.

Domestic orders ship via USPS and UPS, economy is USPS ground advantage, standard is priority mail, and express is UPS 2nd day Air. You will receive emailed shipment notification when your item ships. If you would like overnight shipping please email us as we normally can accommodate it for an extra fee based on weight.

International shipments are shipped via USPS ground advantage without delivery confirmation. You will receive emailed shipment notification once your item ships and it should arrive within 5-14 business days.

We do not mark "gift" on packages and are not responsible for customs, taxes, or handling fees charged on acceptance of your parcel for international orders. We advise looking up your country's customs policies prior to placing your order so you are aware of any charges.
